aitoolsmarket.net is a curated directory of AI tools. We respect intellectual property rights and act on valid complaints from rights holders, tool owners and end users. This policy explains how to report infringing content, request a listing takedown, or raise a supplier dispute.

1. Copyright (DMCA) complaints

If you believe content on aitoolsmarket.net infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes the following information (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)):

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on aitoolsmarket.net of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information: full legal name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

2. Listing takedown / supplier disputes

• What action you would like us to take (remove, update, transfer ownership).

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Include identification of the removed content, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts and remove listings of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. How to send a request

6. Response time

We acknowledge complete requests within 5 business days. Incomplete requests will be returned with a note describing what is missing.

7. Misuse

Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or takedown request may result in legal liability under applicable law. Please make sure your complaint is accurate and made in good faith.
